Well I kind of forgot to come back and post what went down after I turned in my notice. It all actually went well. Everyone was supportive and wished me luck. They brought me a gift and we went out the night of my last day and celebrated. All in all, very good times. I won’t bore you with the details.

I do miss my coworkers though. Well some of them. I’m pretty anti-social. So the fact that I care about maintaining relationships with these people is a big deal. I hope I’m succesful at doing so.

The past couple of days I’ve been taking it easy. I went out Friday and Saturday night. By Sunday, I was pretty beat. I don’t know how those young kids do it everynight. I applied for a job at the local library that I really hope I get. If I don’t, I’ll still ask about volunteering, but if I can get paid that’s even better.
